Welcome to ShowSync ("we," "us," "our"). ShowSync is a scheduling and messaging platform that helps real estate professionals coordinate property showings, appointments, and related communications between buying agents, listing agents, and other authorized parties.
By using ShowSync or providing your phone number through our platform, you agree to the following terms.
By accessing and using ShowSync, a product of ShowSync, Inc., you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
ShowSync is a real-time schedule optimization platform designed for real estate buyer's agents. The platform provides tools for managing property showings, route optimization, automated communication, and client coordination.
To use ShowSync, you must:
ShowSync sends text messages (SMS/MMS) to facilitate the coordination and scheduling of real estate showings and appointments. Messages may include:
By providing your phone number and using ShowSync, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from ShowSync related to showing coordination and scheduling. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may receive recurring messages. Message frequency varies based on your showing activity.
Outgoing messages to first time users will receive a one-time opt-in message: By interacting with ShowSync you agree to opt-in for future communications. Text STOP to opt-out at any time.
When the user selects to Opt-In to receive SMS notifications, the user confirms the following message: "You've opted in to receive automated texts about your account, services, and updates. Msg freq varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
Message frequency varies. You will receive messages only when there is activity relevant to your showings or appointments - such as new requests, confirmations, schedule changes, or replies from other agents. You will not receive marketing or promotional messages.
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any ShowSync message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may also contact us at the email below to request removal.
Please note that opting out of messaging may limit your ability to use ShowSync's core coordination features.

Message and data rates may apply. ShowSync does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.
ShowSync is intended for use by licensed real estate professionals and authorized parties involved in property showings. You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of ShowSync, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by ShowSync, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
ShowSync integrates with third-party services including Google Maps, SendGrid, Twilio, AgentX, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or functionality.
ShowSync messaging is supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and messaging data are used solely to provide ShowSync's scheduling and coordination services. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or messaging data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your use of ShowSync is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through the platform settings.
ShowSync is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShowSync, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ShowSync.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes to our messaging practices, we will notify you by text message or through the platform. Continued use of ShowSync after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
